ROT System Training – Record Retrieval Workflow

Purpose:
This system-based eLearning course introduces new record retrieval specialists to the ROT platform used in legal case processing. Learners are guided through login, dashboard navigation, logging requests, retrieving records, and verifying law firm data. Simulated click-throughs, layered feedback, and built-in knowledge checks ensure mastery of each step.
